In my case I asked her "did you just get onto duty and was I your first stop of the night?" to which she replied yes. I knew I was because she cursed at her broken flashlight saying "Damnit, I just got onto duty and my light is broken" or something like that. So she answered that and I had a map showing where she pulled me over. She agreed to the spot. Then I said, if you just came onto duty, did you not come from the substation on the 2 freeway? She said yes. Then I showed that the distance from the 2 freeway interchange to the spot on the 134 (which crosses it) that she pulled me over at was barely half a mile. She also agreed that it took around a 1/4 mile to pull over from 4 lanes of traffic etc. So in the end I showed that for less than a 1/4 of a mile (and from the far other lane, in traffic) she "gauged" my speed. There is NO WAY she could get an accurate number. Even though I WAS going 75, I was not going the 90 she wrote down...I just looked faster than the other traffic. I was guilty and I would have paid it, but she was WRONG...and gave me attitude about my "new car" which still had dealer plate covers. She was PISSED in court! But I used her testimony against her. If only you had these circumstances :)
